How can I support you?
I am a body and mind therapist, a clinical psychologist and resilience specialist.
My senses are my superpower. I can hear the turmoil in your body and the pain in your mind. I can see your physical confusion and mental uncertainty. I can feel the pain that you have lived, but don’t want to face.
Finding the right therapist – someone who “gets you” – is not easy. Letting yourself be vulnerable with a complete stranger is scary. Finding solutions online probably sounds safer and simpler.
My therapeutic style is built on respect, kindness and empathy. My aim is to ease your pain and discomfort by becoming aware of your feelings and identifying your patterns of relating to yourself and those around you.
